30-day cancellation policy
30-Day Cancellation Policy: All memberships at Kick It Taekwondo require 30 days’ written notice to cancel. This policy allows us to plan class sizes, staffing, and programming while continuing to provide a consistent, high-quality training experience for all students. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing using the appropriate cancellation form. Membership fees will continue during the 30-day notice period, after which the membership will be cancelled. We encourage families to speak with a Kick It instructor or staff member if they have questions about this policy or need assistance with the process.

Important Waiver Information
As a martial arts studio, safety is our top priority. All participants must have a completed waiver on file before taking part in any activities. The waiver ensures we have emergency contact details, medical considerations, and parent/guardian consent, allowing our instructors to provide a safe, structured, and well-supervised environment.
