Who This Program Is For
This program is open to Red Belt and above students, Kick It volunteers, and Kick It instructors or instructor trainees who demonstrate maturity, commitment, and a desire to grow as leaders within the Kick It community.
Program Purpose
The purpose of this program is to develop strong leaders and future instructors at Kick It while teaching skills that apply both inside and outside the school. Leadership is not just about rank-it is about responsibility, character, communication, and contribution.
The Leadership Program runs for 6 months and consists of 12 total sessions. Sessions are held biweekly on Fridays at 7:30 PM, with two leadership topics covered each month. This structure allows time for learning, reflection, and real-world application.
Leadership Curriculum
Understanding how physiology, focus, and language shape confidence, performance, and leadership.
How beliefs, values, actions, and results work together to create success.
Leadership through self-management, including breathing, hydration, energy, and physical awareness.
Understanding emotional states and how meaning influences behavior and results.
Building strong relationships through effective communication, affirmations, and leadership language.
Purpose-driven planning, priorities, and momentum.
Goal setting, overcoming procrastination, and aligning actions with long-term purpose.
Sustainable habits for mindset, rest, boundaries, and well-being.
Recognizing progress and contributing to others.

Expectations & Commitment
Participants are expected to attend consistently, participate respectfully, apply leadership principles daily, and set a positive example for younger students.
Graduates will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, be prepared for volunteer or instructor roles, gain tools for success beyond the school, and represent the values and standards of Kick It with confidence and integrity.
