Practice an attitude of gratitude.
Be always mindful that your cup is truly half full.
Learn to accept life on life’s terms.
Keep your morning routine the same.
Spend quality time alone.
Read every day.
Remember to do nothing sometimes.
Don’t take anything personally.
Sing really loud every chance you get.
Give of yourself freely.
Hang out with kids every chance you get.
Be non-judgmental toward yourself and others.
Meditate every day.
Learn to be present for it is a gift.
Love life, yourself and others unconditionally.
Always be forgiving of yourself and others.
Be present and mindful.
Embrace change, it is inevitable.
Be a person of integrity,
Always keep your word.
Be still and breath.
Have good family values.
Spend quality time with family and friends.
Make mistakes every day.
Never give up and always do your best.
